This document outlines the terms and conditions associated with the use of the Jam Jam Tea Lab Exclusive Member Card. Please read these terms carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

Eligibility and Acquisition

1. Total Cards: A limited edition of 112 Exclusive Member Cards is available for each store.

2. Release Method:

   • Grand Opening Offer: The first 50 parties who visit Jam Jam Tea Lab on our grand opening days (April 20 to April 21, 2024) will receive one Exclusive Member Card (VIP Card) for free.

     • Please note: only one card will be given per party, regardless of party size.

   • Monthly Instagram: Following the grand opening, one follower from our Instagram account will be selected each month to receive an Exclusive Member Card for free. This will occur for 12 consecutive months.

Exclusive Member Card Benefits

1. Buy One Get One Free (BOGO) Offer:

   • Validity: This offer is valid until Oct. 21, 2024, 9 PM.

   • Redemption: Exclusive Member Cardholders are entitled to redeem a total of 30 drinks as a buy one get one free offer. This means upon the purchase of 30 drinks, a total of 60 drinks will be received.

   • Flexibility: The offer can be redeemed either all at once or on a per-visit basis.

   • Expiry: All unredeemed drinks under this offer will expire on Oct 21, 2024, 9 PM. No extensions, reimbursements, or credits will be provided for unredeemed drinks.

2. Ongoing Discount:

   • Validity: This benefit is valid until April 20, 2025.

   • Offer: Exclusive Member Cardholders can enjoy a 10% discount on all orders, under any circumstances.

   • Restrictions: The 10% discount cannot be combined with the BOGO offer or any other promotions.

Limited Release and Store-Specific Policy

• Store-Specific Release: The Jam Jam Tea Lab Exclusive Member Card is exclusively released in conjunction with the grand opening of a Jam Jam Tea Lab store. Each store will release a one-year-only batch of 112 Exclusive Member Cards.

• No Additional Release: There will not be any additional Exclusive Member Cards released for a store that has already issued its quota of 112 cards, ensuring the exclusivity and uniqueness of the membership experience for our early supporters.

General Terms

1. Card Ownership: The Jam Jam Tea Lab Exclusive Member Card is non-transferable. Only the cardholder can enjoy the benefits.

2. Modification of Benefits: Jam Jam Tea Lab reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any of the Exclusive Member Card benefits at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to cardholders via our official channels.

3. Expiration: The Exclusive Member Card and its benefits will expire on April 20, 2025. It is the cardholder's responsibility to utilize the benefits before this date.

4. Loss or Theft: In case of loss or theft, please contact Jam Jam Tea Lab immediately. A replacement card may be issued at the discretion of Jam Jam Tea Lab, subject to verification.

5. Disputes: Any disputes related to the Exclusive Member Card must be submitted in writing to Jam Jam Tea Lab. We are committed to resolving any issues in a fair and timely manner.
